No concrete foundation is needed. The home sits on a slab, support pillars, stilts or bricks, on a level spot that carries the whole footprint.

Wiring and plumbing are pre-installed and connected to your electricity, water and sewage points (sewer, septic or conservancy tank).

Building rules differ by country and council. We supply the plans and technical information for your application.

Approve your plan
We draw the plan the way you want it. Once you approve the design, you pay a 50% deposit.

Built and shipped
Your home is built in our factory and shipped folded in a container to the nearest port. Allow about 2–3 months from order.

Delivered and set up
You pay the balance before delivery. A truck with a crane brings the home to your site; we unfold it and connect it in about a day.

Do the bedrooms fit a queen-size bed?
Yes, both bedrooms are planned for a queen-size bed.
Is the kitchen and bathroom included?
Yes. The bathroom has a shower and shower column, toilet, basin and taps, and the kitchen has cupboards, a countertop, a sink and a mixer tap. A stove, oven and geyser aren't included.

Yes, other layouts are made to order. The home stays the same size; ask us for a quotation.

No concrete foundation is needed, only a level base that supports the whole home: a slab, support pillars, stilts or bricks all work.
Can the home be moved later?
Yes. The home folds back up, goes onto a truck and can be set up again somewhere else.
