Your home is shipped by sea to the Port of Mombasa, then by road to your site. From the port, a truck with a crane brings the home to your site and sets it down on your level base. We then unfold it and connect it to your water and electricity points; the set-up takes about a day.

Not included in the home price: furniture, stove and oven, geyser (hot water), air conditioning, shipping, transport to your site, installation and your country's import duties and taxes. These are quoted for your location.

What your site needs.
Truck access
The home arrives folded on a truck with a crane, so the route and the spot where it will stand need to be reachable by the truck.
A level base
No concrete foundation is needed. The home sits on a slab, support pillars, stilts or bricks, on a level spot that carries the whole footprint.
Service connection points
Wiring and plumbing are pre-installed and connected to your electricity, water and sewage points (sewer, septic or conservancy tank).
Local approval
Building rules differ by country and council. We supply the plans and technical information for your application.

Your home is built in our factory and shipped folded in a container to the nearest port. Allow about 2–3 months from order.

Delivered and set up
You pay the balance before delivery. A truck with a crane brings the home to your site; we unfold it and connect it in about a day.
